Meeting and conference rooms of the SICP - Software Innovation Campus Paderborn
The SICP - Software Innovation Campus Paderborn has several meeting rooms available in the new premises in the building at Zukunftsmeile 2. The room contingent includes meeting and conference rooms in various sizes for different occasions. Information on the meeting rooms can be found on this and all downstream websites, where room bookings can also be made (after login, see below).

Notes on the room booking process
A login is required to view the room calendars on the following websites and to book the rooms. Please log in here (see "blue ribbon" at the bottom of the website view, "Login" button). You can start the booking process by clicking on the calendar.
The room booking service is provided by the Centre for Information and Media Technologies (IMT) at Paderborn University. After submitting your room booking request, you will therefore receive automated e-mail messages from "Raumbuchung IMT" confirming receipt of the booking request and confirmation or rejection of the booking.
Cancellations of bookings are currently not possible via the websites. If you wish to cancel a booking, please send an e-mail to one of the contacts listed below, who will also be happy to answer any questions you may have about the room booking process.

Additional information:
If the organiser of your conference is an external organisation, the provision of function rooms may be subject to a fee and an additional formal application process. We would be happy to advise you if you would like more information on this.
